Many issues...chopped up house and tile, threw away items , took way longer than was promised. I would come home and no one would be there working, didn't finish valves for contractor to finish house, didn't show up for appointment with my contractor, ETC!!!
Juan was a very good plumber and gave me friendly and professional service. He explained everything he was to do and gave me options explaining each one. His assistant, Cody was a very good worker and nice also.

Extremely satisfied with our service professional, Brad Y. He was on-time, professional, courteous and very thorough in helping to diagnose our plumbing problems. I was very impressed with the high-tech camera system that was able to reach far into our main plumbing line to detect our problem (negitive grade in a pipe) and also spot a root system that invaded a small area of the pipe as well. Top Notch company and I will happily give them a call in the future if I ever need any further assistance!!! Thank you Rosenthal Plumbing!

Rosenthal Plumbing has been been taking care of our pipes and fixtures since we first moved into this house. Today was my first meeting with Brad Y (our technician) and he was as competent, professional, pleasant and efficient as the others who have been here. I recommend Rosenthal Plumbing and give it and its personnel the highest rating

We literally had three plumbers come before the Rosenthal guys who couldn't fix our many leaks. Rosenthal was great, they kept me updated on what was going on, found all the problems, and installed a whole new main pipe line.
Super fast service! Billy was very nice and did a great job fixing our plumbing issues. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing trouble. :)

Prompt, efficient service. Billy O was the technician - knowledgeable, personable. very skilled, did a clean and tidy job - very professional, and explained all. I like the fact that once they start a job - they finish it, ASAP even though it may have to make a trip for parts.

Brad did an excellent job diagnosing the leak in our shower and recommending an inexpensive fix for the problem. I am happy to recommend him to anyone for help resolving plumbing problems.

I've had good experiences with Rosenthal Plumbing in the past so this was no surprise! Juan was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient and arrived when he said he would...even calling ahead of time to let me know!!! KUDOS to Juan & Rosenthal Plumbing! They are both reliable and professional!! THANK YOU!!
Juan and Alex did an outstanding job of replacing our underground water pipes. We were advised we had a leak by our water district. One call to Rosenthal brought them out that very same day. They replaced not only the pipes in one day, they also replaced the landscaping to its original look!! I do highly recommend Juan/Alex and Rosenthal!

My neighbors knocked on my door to inform me of a massive leak in our outdoor plumbing. So much water was coming out we had to shut down our water. It was almost 5 PM, with the sun going down, it appeared we would be without water for the day. My neighbor recommended Rosenthal Plumbing. Within twenty minutes, Juan had made it to our house. He quickly diagnosed the problems, explained the problems and possible solutions clearly, and worked well into the evening in complete darkness to ensure we had water for the night. He needed a few parts to complete the job so he came back first thing in the morning. We could not possibly have been more satisfied with the job he done. Our family has found ourselves a new plumber. A+

Rosenthal was very responsive to my request for a quote to replace my house main sewer line. They came out the same afternoon. John did a thorough job of explaining the problem to me, and outlining the work that would need to be performed. They indicated they could start the work the next day and that it would take 4 days. Their quote was high, but they included improvements of an exterior clean out, and a back flow preventer. Workers showed up exactly on time each day. Josh (with Jose) managed the site effort. I was kept informed of progress, and problems as they occurred. It was a difficult job with the sewer running under the thick concrete drive and a drain. Each night the line was "fixed" so I had running water and did not need to leave home. They bid for replacing the concrete, but were honest that they could not color match the two shades I have. Josh got several contractors over to bid, I selected one, and Rosenthal refunded that part of the estimate. I am happy with the work.
The technician sent me, Brad Young was very knowledgeable, honest, on time, thorough, very pleasant and cheerful, and very hard working though the work was very difficult and not-so-pleasant surroundings(under my house). He came with all the tools and materials that were needed to complete the job. I will recommend this company to my friends and any future plumbing assistance I need, I will definitely call Rosenthal Plumbing.Good service and pleasant personnel are very important today. The on-time was a real treat as I live out in a forest-mountain area. He was able to get the big truck up my steep driveway easily! What a treat the whole experience has been.
