I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT) offering counseling and therapy services for individuals, couples and families who want to reach their goals in a non-judgmental and supportive environment. Specialties include marriage and couples counseling, eating disorders, grief and loss, healing from trauma, broken relationships, or childhood neglect, and managing stress, depression and anxiety.I believe that therapy can be a transformational experience that produces powerful and long-term change in your life.
