do not do it. it looks good at first, but the management seems like they enjoy giving grief to their dependable tennants. all oif their locatios are filled with gang activity, and way too much drugs. they also manage the sands at 2nd/cliff,. and a couple others. maintenence is non-existant. a tennant had raw feces coming into her shower. they refused to call a professional plumber, when it was clear the maintenance could not handle it. now there is a new family, and last week-end it happened to them for tjhird they are tj he worst slum lords i have heard of.
