I've used Echo's Airport Express almost exclusively for the last 2-3 years. During that time she has driven me to or from the airport on average 4-6 times a month. She's always early, communicates very well, is a relaxed drive and has great prices. No other car service in the area has come close for me in terms of consistency and reliability.

Echo is dependable and always on time. I have known her for years and she is a very nice, safe person. Safety is important in her occupation. I would recommend Echo to anyone who wants a safe, on time, stress free ride to the airport go with echo.

I had an incredibly early morning pick-up for a ride to SFO on New Years Eve. I took a shot on Echo with just one review here on Yelp. I didn't want to book a Super Shuttle-like pick-up where they pick up 6 people and the driver won't leave behind the guy or gal who overslept. So we all get to wait. I hired Echo and paid the extra $$ for door-to-door service. It was worth every dollar. On-time at 4am. Nice, clean town car. Pleasant. Perfect. If I lived in Santa Cruz, I would use her service more often. And now I know next time I am there and my hosts don't want to get up in the middle of the night to take me to the airport, Echo will.

Echo has been driving me to the airport for about 3 years. She is just the best, always on time, always pleasant. I know that I can always count on her. Don't hesitate to use her.

Rode with Echo to and from San Jose Airport. She was timely, professional, and fun to chat with. She even let me pick up some Indian food on the way back to my house, and knew I was supposed to be headed to SJC when I thought I was going through SFO. Unless she's booked, I'll be going with Echo!
