Santa Clarita Auto Sound ripped me off. Its a long story but the basic issue is that they sold me a cheap boss radio that included a backup camera. I have the invoice to prove that Henry charged me for the cost of a NEW camera and he charged me for the installation. They used the same OLD backup camera installation so all they did was replace the camera. The cable was already ran from the existing back up camera. I have the receipt to prove this. I just didn't inspect everything because they always took too long to do the install. I had to come back from the first installation because the cheap radio that they ordered (which they do not have on their website) didn't work. I waited 8 hours the first day for the installation, it was only supposed to take 3 hours. They also cracked my dash board I let Henry know but he did nothing about it nor did he give me a discount on additional installations I requested. The button line is that Henry cant deny that he charged me for a camera that already came with the model that I ordered.... BVB9967RC notice that this radio comes with a remote and a backup camera. They deliberately gave me an invoice for the price of a NEW backup camera AND charged me $100 for the install. They originally tried to charge me $4200 for some cheap equipment until a friend who was a customer negotiated a better package deal. So they tried to rip me off initially. I plan on taking Henry to small claims court AFTER I ask for the return of the amount that he charged me to install a camera $100 that came with my radio and the cost to replace my dashboard that they cracked at least $250. They wont be able to deny this if I have another install shop take off the camera from my car, I guarantee that the serial number or the model of the camera that he charged me for is the same camera that came with the BVB9967RC. This was not an accident or something overlooked this was an intentional attempt to over charge me. This was shady business.
