Presidente is a chain of Mexican restaurants that was established in 1967. Currently, it maintains its dining outlets under the name of Presidente, El Chaparral and El Queso Grande. Its restaurants serve grilled chicken, shrimp scampi, salads, saut ed vegetables, soups, tortilla chips, charcoal-broiled steaks, grilled chicken breasts, tender baby back ribs, Buffalo wings, and beef, chicken and shrimp fajitas. Its restaurants also provides catering services for various events, such as weddings, receptions, birthday parties, family reunions, rehearsal dinners and corporate luncheons. Presidente additionally offers a special banquet menu that includes steaks, desserts, entrees and beverages. It maintains a location in Santa Clarita, Calif.
