All they do is take your money, I paid good money, when I need help, they put up a lot of technical pages, make you choose from something unknown, when that will not work for you, they want big money per minute to solve a problem. I hate this company, they are very greedy!, and don't give a hoot about the little guy!

Horrible customer service. Automatically renewed my account, and informed me the customer service rep (and I use the term loosely) couldn't apply a credit/refund, despite it being an option in the drop down online. The product slowed my PC to a crawl and I couldn't get an available technician until I decided not to to allow them to auto renew me. When I asked for a supervisor, there was none available. I was given a non-toll free number and told I needed to CALL to get this resolved. When I, essentially, "threatened" to do my best to tank their stock, THEN she could suddenly process my refund. This is NOT customer service, and I would NEVER suggest using their products, personally or professionally. I will be following up with Corporate, and with the BBB to report this. Additionally, I will be posting a transcript of the experience on every blog I can find. My rating is: AVOID at all costs.
