Located in Sunnywale, Calif., Grace Adult Day Health Care centre is a day health care program that includes medical care and social services for elderly people with functional impairments. It offers nursing, meals and transportation services, as well physical, occupational and speech therapies. Grace Adult Day Health Care also provides dietary consultations, psychosocial assessment and individual and family counseling. It organizes several group activities, such as field trips, music programs, table games, holiday celebrations and birthday parties.
