Extreme Precision Machining, Inc. is one of the first machine shops in Silicon Valley to utilize Design for Manufacturability (DFM) techniques. We developed the EPM Process based on those principles. Working with your idea, the EPM team including,Jon and an engineer,works with you to develop that idea into a design engineered for manufacture in a cost effective manner. Your idea becomes reality and because of our planning, you profit.The EPM Process isVariable Input: A collaborative discussion between our team and you, and your team of designers and engineers, along with input in the way of ideas, napkin sketches, CAD ready drawings and vision. PLUSRobust Process: Is a highly documented procedure at each step of design and manufacture. Each part has its own number and comes with a manual giving step-by step instructions how to create and manufacture it. EPM keeps these on file so they are ready for as many runs as you need.
