Founded in 1987, A Special Place Schools is licensed by the California Department of Social Services-Community Care Licensing Division. The school offers programs for vocabulary and sensory development through creative arts for infants and toddlers. A Special Place Schools also offers assistance in potty training and homework. It conducts music and gymnastics classes. In addition, A Special Place Schools offers programs for the development of gross motor skills for sitting, crawling, walking and eating. It serves more than five locations serving the San Jose and Turlock areas in California. A Special Place Schools also organizes field trips and summer programs.
