Goleta Valley Mini Storage was built in 1990 by Ron & Nancy Hays. On opening day, we had just over 200 units available. With additional buildings and floors, we have grown to house over 1,200 units - including wine storage. 28 years later, we are the second largest storage facility in Santa Barbara. We pride ourselves on being able to offer the most personal customer service and be among the most professionally operated facilities in the country. Today Goleta Valley Self Storage is run by the 2nd generation of the family, Jan Marco and Joanna von Yurt. Over the past 20 years, they have enhanced the traditional self-storage experience to bring our customers a more high-tech and industry-leading facility. Our facilities are monitored by the most state of the art security systems available and our buildings are welcoming, spotless, and efficient. We continue to run the business as it always has been - as a family business with our customers at heart.
