General Info
As a second generation native of Santa Barbara George knows the lay of the land and has represented a wide array of real estate clients with transactions covering estates, single-family first and second homes, and multi-million dollar commercial investments. His extensive knowledge of the area has enabled him to effectively match properties to client needs, garnering him an extraordinary referral business. George's real estate experience includes having owned and managed real estate companies in the villages of Montecito and in down town Santa Barbara. During his career, George has represented numerous significant properties ranging from the 340-acre, 13-parcel Mar y Cel to the approximately 3,000-acre El Capitan Ranch and historic Midwood, a 1919 Reginald Johnson designed estate that featured gardens landscaped by Lockwood de Forest. A highly visible and respected member of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, George has served on its board of directors and as chair for its MLS division. He has also taught real estate classes at Santa Barbara Community College. Active in community affairs, George has served as president of his church and for more than 20 years he and his wife, Brecia Kralovic Logan have been active within the education and arts communities in Santa Barbara. The Logan children (Nik, Jet and Tatiana) are amazing and their parents love them more than life itself. Georges grandfather was the first of the Logan clan to live in SB; he moved here after WWI and began a career of managing Estate Properties soon thereafter. The love of land and its potential was handed down through the generations and it is a driving force in George's day to day business life.
