Celebration Cruises Santa Barbara, owners of Azure Seas Cruises and Santa Barbara Water Taxi (aka Lil' Toot), is located at Stearns Wharf. We have a 46-Passenger and a 19-passenger yacht. Running daily, our boats offer a variety of fun, scenic and romantic cruises to fit everyone's needs including sunset cruises, coastal cruises, narrated tours of the harbor and private cruises. Captain Fred Hershman and Kathy Hershman are a husband and wife team dedicated to giving you the most exclusive experience you can have in the waters off Santa Barbara. Both Kathy and Fred are deeply committed to Santa Barbara and the waterfront community with years of experience on or near boats, including Santa Barbara's original, boat, Lil' Toot. Captain Fred holds a 100-ton, near coastal Masters license and has over 40 years of experience in both pleasure and commercial vessels. Capt. Fred was also in the U.S. Coast Guard and is a decorated veteran from the Vietnam War. Captain Fred started Santa Barbara Water Taxi, LLC in 2003 and has accommodated over 300,000 passengers over the past 11+ years. Kathy Hershman has been an integral part of the success of Celebration Cruises utilizing her skills in management and organization to keep the business running smoothly.
