I hired David to settle my fathers estate this year. I live out of state and didn't know how I could do this on my own. If you have ever had to deal with your parents estate it is a very emotional and difficult proses (at least it was for me). Anyway I got a few names of estate sale people from the Internet but found them to be rude and not very helpful. So I asked my attorney and he recommend David DeLisle at the Antique Center Mall. David and his father Sam were the best. Very helpful, understanding, polite, and professional. They have been doing auctions and settling estates for over 35 years here in Santa Barbara and it really showed. They knew just what to do and took care of everything for me. I really do feel that they are worth so much more then what they charged me (which was much less then the others wanted to charge me) because they were so kind and really helped me through a very emotional time in my life. I love this store. They have a great selection of both high end and vintage collectibles at affordable prices. I do all of my gift shopping there because I like to give those hard to find one of a kind treasures that have so much more meaning then the made in China junk that you I find in all the department stores.
