Had service with them for many years great doing business with them

I don't even know where to begin! This business is terrible! The so called "boss" is the biggest PIG you will ever meet! She doesn't know how to run a business, she's unfair, she's mean, she yells at her employees and constantly puts them down. She doesn't give breaks not even to USE THE RESTROOM! She still owes money to an employee that got fired! She doesn't know how to treat clients which are practically all doctors!! She is very rude to the patients who call in to their doctor office to make appointments or for emergency help and she'll even hang up on these patients when they want to leave a message for the office! Trust me you don't want THIS answering service ... she's lower priced but you will get what you pay for....very rude and unprofessional people answering your phones while your office is out to lunch or closed! They USED to be professional nicer carrying operators working there BUT JOY BROWN the daughter of the owner Joyce Brown fired them all!!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star :(
