They advertise "Free Estimate" but that is not true..... they charged me $88 for coming out, but never did the work that they gave me an estimate to do.

VERY EXPENSIVE

If you want to pay in excess of $200. an hour... give Orange Coast Plumbing your business. Don't be foolish like me... ASK questions about hourly rate / job rate and GET a 2nd or 3rd FREE quote. These guys charge for that as well!

I called out Orange Coast Plumbing for both heating service as well as plumbing services. I was quotred $47.50 for them to come to my home and evaluate what I needed done. I asked the gentlemen that I was speaking to if it was $47.50 for each service. He told me that they do not charge for two trucks coming out to the same job site. They would charge $47.50 for both trucks, and if I were to go with either service, that $47.50 would be applied. I thought that was fair and told them to come on out. I was impressed with their promtness, both service technicians were dressed professionally and were polite. I am not some JOE that is going to jump on a job, so I continued getting other prices. Who did I go with- Orange Coast Plumbing. Honestly, I feel that I got more for my money with this company, that I would have if I went with another plumbing company for more. To top it all off, I received a telephone call from their office, while their technicians were still on my property, asking if I was

pleased with the services, and would I use them again. It was the same gentlemen that I placed the service with, so I decided to say Wow you must have alot of confidence in your company to call while the technicians were still on the job. His response back to me was "if he did not believe in the company that he was working for, then he would be out looking for a new job". That summed it up for me, and thanked him for his time.

Although OC Plumbing was quick to respond to my call and send someone to my home, the service repair man did not fix my a/c problem after spending $200 for him to add coolant (which apparently any respectable company is not supposed to do knowing there may be a leak). The company was not willing to rectify the situation and accused me of insisting that they add freon...as though I am knowledgeable of a/c repair. I would never recommend this company and am looking for another a/c repair company.

This company had great response time however; the “Diagnostic Charge” is so not worth it. There are companies that do FREE Estimates. Plus the worker jammed my garbage disposal and diagnosis it as if it was already jammed on the work order.....Will never call OCP and do not recommend!

I use Orange Coast Plumbing for my business HVAC installation and maintenance and they've been wonderful. Installed a new unit at a great price AND on only a few hours notice. Techs are always easy to deal with and pleasant and they always call to remind me about service.

...call someone else. I'm a single mom with lots of health issues and no child support. Found out they did not work the whole time they were here, took two-hour lunches, many long breaks and took much longer than the quoted time, ended costing me $2,000.00 more than the quoted price. They also did additional water damage, did not offer to fix for free, and gave me the runaround on as far as fixing. Insurance could not cover the costs, but their plumber said I was overcharged, the quote originally given should have been the total cost. Another plumber also said I was overcharged and that they had taken way too long to do the repairs.

You can count on the Air Conditioning technicians at Orange Coast Plumbing to be able to figure out what is wrong and fix the problem right the 1st time. I had another company out 3 times and they still were not able to figure out what the problem was, they just kept trying to sell me a new system, the system that I had was only 5 years old and I had purchased it from them. Finally I had enough, told them to take a hike and called Orange Coast Plumbing to come out instead. They came out and fixed the problem the first time. The technician was very friendly and also cleaned up after himself. I will recommend them as a company that knows what they are doing

I had a water softener line break in my garage and it was flooding everywhere. The lady that I talked to on the phone told me how to turn off my water to stop the flooding and Larry, the plumber that came out fixed the problem for me and even helped me clean up the mess. I will be using this wonderful company again.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This company was unprofessional and disorganized. When I called for answers on phone I was spoke to so Rudely! Maybe its time for them to get out of the biz. Couldnt get a direct or honest answer. Go with anyone but these guys. HORRIBLE!!
