The park has new owners and we were told that there was going to be some changes for the better happening soon. The only changes we have see is the assistant manager becoming the manager and letting this place become trash. She can't enforce anything since she herself had the worst yard here, she had a yard sale and still had the items she didn't sell all over her yard. We seen her going into vacants and taking out furniture and then drove past her house during and after yard sale with the very same items we seen her carrying out of vacants. There is another woman that works in the office but you can never speak to anyone from office due to the fact that it is never open and they are always together walking or drivng around property. We will be moving as soon as our lease is up. Don't move here if you don't want to be managed by or live by trash.
