Valley Regional Occupational Program is a part of the Department of Education. Established in 1971, it supplements the academic curriculum of high school students. The program includes career and technical education for students above the age of 16. It includes courses in agriculture mechanics, criminal justice, Web design, and computer maintenance and repair. Valley Regional Occupational Program also includes classes in child development, digital photography, art animation, first aid and small engine repair. The program additionally includes education in agriculture and natural resources, veterinary science and horticulture. Valley Regional Occupational Program publishes a newsletter that carries updates related to latest happening and new courses. It is located in Sanger, Calif.
