They had my father's car for 7 WEEKS! His Mini Cooper Type S hit a deer and suffered damage to the front bumper, right quarter-panel, hood, radiator, and water pump. Tramway claims it took one working week to get parts from the supplier. They ordered the parts, prepped and painted them, and only when attempting to put them on the car did they realize their supplier had sent them the wrong parts. Tramway sent the parts back, got the correct parts after roughly one more working week, and installed them on the car. It was only then did they realize the internal damage to the radiator, water pump, etc. So parts had to be ordered yet again. In summary: waiting for insurance adjustor (~1 week), waiting for parts (2-3 weeks), and Tramway had no explanation for what they were doing the other 3-4 weeks the car was sitting on their lot.
