I am a former subscriber of the Sanford Herald. When I received it, delivery was great. My problems started I did not understand the billing process. I call the office and recieved a satisfactory explanation. I wasm, ayn that time , told I would have to return acall to pay my bill, as delivery people could not recieve payment. Repeatedly I phoned the office, only to be told that no one was there to accept payment, that some one would return a call to me. After several attempts, I gave up calling . I still owe this company money, and would like not to have to go to a store to buy this paper. Would someone PLEASE call me to resolve this. Janet Maloof, Cameron
