I ordered From this location on Halloween, was told it would be 1 hr & 45min. I was ok with that. Was busy in my kitchen and I heard my dog barking, go tofront door & I see the delivery guy out in the road petting a cat, he then goes to the gets my pizzas & did not sanitize his hands nothing. He comes to the door tells me how much I owe & I pay him. I bring pizzas in open the boxes and realize they are not golden brown on the crust. We try them and they're very doughy, I had ordered hand tossed and the dough wasn't cooked well. So knowing that it is going to take a while to get new ones they run to go get fast food. I called they gave me a credit and said they would find out what had happened. I reordered tonight, same issue. No one will eat them, I call and get the corp operator, no one from the local store c all ed me to ask anything. They overloaded the sauce on one. Why would I want to order again. The don't act like they care.

I've ordered several times from this location and every single time they find a way to mess it up. Orders are wrong, missing items, all on top of a ridiculous delivery time of an hour and a half. I'm done with pizza hut. Just plain DONE.
