2 checkups a few years apart w/same results. Received lenses that were chipped. scratched and incorrect. Had to go thru a 2nd exam each time and wait additional week for correct, undamaged lenses. Dr. Sikes is a nice man but the quality of the eye glasses he provides leaves much to be desired. Upon asking for refund after 2nd checkup resulted in defective glasses was told I had to wait a month since they only grant refunds at the end of each month and they have no ability to write checks from the office. (Odd business practice.) Patient care and customer service do not seem to be high priorities to the office staff, but the optical staff were pleasant to deal with, if not professional at all times. Have been wearing glasses for over 40 years and never encountered issues like this with an eye doctor before.
