I had my oil and filter changed. I drove to work to find out that the lower engine cover was dangling and was vibrating, making a racket, when the car was in motion. I put the cover in place the best I could. Driving back to Prompto to have them look at the problem, the cover fell off in the middle of the turnpike and I could not retrieve it, so went directly to the PROMPTO station and explained what had happened. They looked underneath the car and found that the bolts had not been tightened. I challenged what had happened and they said don't worry about it, go without, there is nothing they will do to rectify the situation. The car drove differently, so I had the Ford garage order and replace the cover this morning. It cost me $50.63, because PROMPTO failed to do its job. I will never bring my business to them ever again
