I'm an old customer. I've kn own Dean Ray since he came to Sanford from Kentucky. I bought an old washer and it lasted about 10 years. I've bought other things too. Never had a problem. Thumbs up Dean Ray.

Horrible customer service. Came out, they were late showing up, ran no diagnostic tests just place a hand on the refrigerator and said, its low on Freon, cannot be repaired. The refrigerator is six years old. I will never call Ray appliances up for anything again. Techs have very bad attitudes and so does Ray. Not helpful at all and it cost me $35.00.

I used to be a regular customer until last year. I bought a dryer that immediately needed repair. I called over and over and over. They made appointments that they never kept. BUYER BEWARE. They did not honor their 90 day warranty.
