Do NOT, I repeat, Do NOT do business with the SPS service department. Their service manager is rude and treats his customers like trash. He does not take responsibility for their errors. He will not call you back nor follow-up on any problem you may have with their work. He will look you in the eye and lie to your face. Trust me, I've had the worst experience of my entire life with these people. You pay good money and expect that they would stand behing their work, but that does not happen. The situation gets thrown right back in your lap and you get to figure out other ways to fix what they've screwed up. Please take notice, STAY AS FAR FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I stepped in the door of their service department. Please listen to me, learn from my experience and STAY AWAY FROM HERE. The service techs are idiots. They do not care about your bike, just the money. Look and you will see many instances of bikes being damaged in numerous ways due to their carelessness. Then try and get resolution from the service manager, good luck on that one. He will not take blame for anything, in any shape or form. There are lots of independent service shops in town that need and want your business and will do everything they can to ensure that you return. Does SPS think they've got the market cornered and that's why they could care less? Show them you DO have a choice!
