General Info
About Champagne Pools and Spas Champagne Pools has been designing, and renovating pools in the Central Florida area since 1978. Originally founded by Peter Manley, Champagne Pools is now run by Peter's son Michael Manley, along with Richard Moseley, vice president of operations. From the time when Peter Manley first opened the doors, the goal has always been to provide the highest quality pool possible to fit within a customer's budget. Compromising on quality or ease of maintenance is never an option. That's why Champagne Pools includes the following items as standard features on all their pools: High efficiency oversized-filters keep your pool cleaner, require less frequent cleaning, and use less electricity. Smaller filters make the pump work harder, use more electricity, and suffer more wear and tear. Where most other builders use a 100 ft. to 250 ft. filter, we use a minimum of 340 ft. filtration system on every pool.

Provided by DexKnowsI had a very similar experience to another post that Champagne's owner responded to claiming it must be from a competitor. My pool took forever to be built. It was extremely hard to get in touch with anyone for updates on the pool (except for when it was the day of a due payment, then I would get a call early first thing in the morning!) There was no follow up as promised for anything done on my pool. Overall the quality of build is disappointing. I contacted Champagne to request certain things be fixed, and never got any reply, not even from the owner. Do yourself a favor, and if you must use Champagne, modify their pre-printed contract before signing so that your final payment is not due until pool is finished, and you are satisfied. Also, add a stipulation that there is a monetary penalty for every day/week/month(yes i do mean month) that the pool goes unfinished after the promised completion date. This is your only hope to avoid my experience. On a positive note, I was most impressed by Florida Screen Enclosures who delivered exactly as promised, and the enclosure is perfect.

Provided by DexKnowsHorrible Company One of the worst companies I have ever had to pay. Took them over 6 months to build my pool. Would never return calls. There were extended periods of inactivity. Stay away. Read the online reviews and take your business somewhere else. They will never take any kind of blame or responsibility for their unprofessional and horrible service. They do not earn the name "Champagne" at all. One of the worst experiences ever, not worthy of your time or money. You are better off putting your money in a huge hole in your backyard, then hiring the worst pool company in Orlando, which is Champagne Pools.

Provided by DexKnowsJust finished our pool with Champagne Pools and Spas and it result is just beautiful. It is actually better than we could have imagined. They took great care of us along the way and went above and beyond great service. You'll be happy with the results if you let them build your pool! Great job Champagne, we can't wait to start the summer pool parties!

Provided by DexKnowsJust finished having our pool renovated by Champagne Pools and couldn't be happier. Our pool redo was a big project and we wanted the "best" and we are so glad we picked Champagne Pools. They went above and beyond customer service, many times calling us back on a Sunday just to answer a question. The owner, Mike even stopped by checking our job and making sure we were happy. Great company, don't hesitate to hire them for any pool projects!

Provided by DexKnowsIf I could give this company 0 stars, I would. However, since I have to give 1 star to give a review, that's what they're getting (lucky them). I was excited about finally fixing up our pool with the help of Champagne Pools. Seriously, with a name like "Champagne," you'd think they'd be awesome. Unfortunately, not even "budweiser" or "heineken" would be bad enough to suit them. These guys are just all talk-"Oh, yea, we'll do this and this for only this amount of money, we'll help you fix it all up, yada yada." At the end of the day, they don't do anything and end up taking your money. Don't bother with this company.
