Ms. Hesse skill also include salon/spa ownership with a small staff including an on-site plastic surgeon. Ms. Hesse is a member of the Aesthetics Association of Florida as an orginal member when it was first formed. She has also conducted training and lectures at Spa-Symposium IECSC. She also won a 2007 WESH A-List finalist award for her expertise in waxing along with the FOX 35 News Health and Beauty Morning Segment.
