My husband and I were visiting Utah for a wedding, and spent two nights in the Paul Bunyan room. It had a huge bed and jetted tub. It was comfortable and homey. We found dishes we could use for our take out dinner, and an iron and ironing board for our use. We loved learning about the history of the home, and enjoyed the charm of the whole house. Fran was a delightful hostess, and the breakfast was delicious both mornings. She even accommodated our schedule and fixed an early breakfast one morning. It was close to all of the things we needed, and better than any hotel experience, for the same price as local hotels.

Over all stay was excellent. Fran is such a nice lady and good cook. She made us the best French toast that we ever had. Btw, we stayed in the Victorian room that has a nice shower and tub. Would love to come back.

Best kept secret in Salt Lake! My wife and I have stayed many times at the Hansen House and each time we grow more in love of the home, meeting new friends, and simply getting away for a while. Fran, the owner operator, is the most genuine and amazing lady we have ever met. Our stay is always akin to visiting our beloved aunt and truly feeling at home. The rooms are immaculate and give a feeling of traveling back in time to a more simple, slower paced life. Fran is an excellent cook and the breakfast is always amazing! We will certainly be back again and again!

We just spent the night in the Hansen House and loved it! It was absolutely beautiful and so much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel. It was very quiet, the host was very friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! We may need to come back again
