Honestly they dont even deserve a one star! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service their attitudes are not good at all I dropped off an 18-20 gallon tote in February 2015 and called 7 times between then and early June 2015 they always had an excuse to why it wasn't even looked at yet. Finally late June i called again and they said "Oh it has been done... you just didnt answer our calls" (Not once have they ever called me) so today I went in to pick up the stuff finally and they told me that they put it back in storage because I didn't pick it up fast enough! I told them on the phone a week ago when I called, that I had a broken ankle and would be there as soon as possible and when I showed up they treated me like I was stupid had no record of me ever calling and said they called me 3 times when I never even got one call. One employee chimed in with my conversation to the owner saying that I "must have let my phone get shut off" completely disrespectful all around. So five months later I'm still waiting for a check, my tote and anything they didn't want. NEVER AGAIN will I sell or buy from this business!!!!! Kids closet keeps no records, and definitely has no respect for their customers what so ever! I can't even express my anger... Truly I can't...

Sellers be forewarned. Kidz Closet will take your best stuff and give you pennies on the dollar. They claim to give 40% of their retail, but it's not true. They will not itemize, nor give you a price per item. I dropped off my 18-20 gallon tub with a carefully itemized list, most of it pristine designer clothing - Ralph Lauren, Kenneth Cole, Jacadi, Lilly Pulitzer, DKNY, Vineyard Vines, etc., some brand new with tags still attached. Gorgeous sweaters, coats, dresses, never-worn winter boots, etc. I submitted over 40 items and they gave me a check for $100. They just took all of my great stuff and gave me a pittance - much less than they claimed. It was extremely upsetting. They wouldn't even discuss it. I requested a call from the owner, but she never called. You are better off taking your important stuff elsewhere, or selling it on eBay.

I have been shopping here since it first opened, LOVE The store and the staff. The owner is kind always remembers my children by name. I find vintage toys and new toys and gently worn clothes at a great price. They even call me if something I am looking for comes in. If you are looking for used items for a baby or toddler this is the BEST store on the Cape to shop at.

Horrible service and record keeping! Dropped new cloths with tags 4 months ago .......still waiting to get paid. Numerous phone calls got me numerous hollow promises. I'll get paid after I file a complaint with consumer affairs or court. From what I see now......I'm not the first to get burned by them.

Love this store! The owner is ever so friendly and the inventory is superb. I shop there regularly for my grandchildren and they are happy with my purchases. I also enjoy having a wide variety of games from which to choose. Keep up the good work!

Horrible place.They fail to keep acurate records of what they recieve from you .
