The Community Health Center of Cape Cod, formerly known as the Cape Cod Free Clinic & Community Health Center, is a nonprofit organization that offers health care services. Established in 1998, the center provides dental care, family planning and prescription assistance services. The Community Health Center of Cape Cod offers case management solutions to serve the medical, educational and mental health needs of patients with chronic conditions. The center provides treatment for sexually-transmitted diseases. It offers pregnancy testing and gynecological and breast examination solutions. The center also provides medical services in the areas of cardiology and endocrinology. The Community Health Center of Cape Cod offers treatment for breast, cervical, prostate and colorectal cancer.
