I attended a recent security talk by Mr. Blake. To say the that he is knowledgeable is an extreme understatement. His ability to break down the vocabulary wall between geek and user, was amazing. This has to be the single best tech a homeowner could have. To be honest, he shouldn't be doing what he's doing, he should be doing something much bigger. 5 minutes talking to him and you know, you're in the right place.

I brought my lap top in on a Friday, late morning, and I was back to pick it up on noon of Saturday! Very competent, polite, and efficient. The price was definitely fair.

Absolutely impressed, I talked to Matt on the phone for about 30 minutes, no charge. My laptop was failing, he walked me through some simple diagnostics to see what might be the problem. When it was determined to be the motherboard, he gave me specs to buy a new system. He knew where to get one at a reasonable price and when I came in for data transfer I was again blown away by his technical expertise and his knowledge of security. He had three customers at the time, and engaged all of us in conversation, I walked out feeling like I had just made three friends. He also turned my my system around same day. Highly recommended. When a fire destroyed my office, Atlas recovered ALL of my client and financial files from two PCs that were damaged beyond repair. He recovered the hard drives and transferred the data to new machines so I was back in business in less than a week.

Highly recommended because they installed a new office WiFi system in no time and sold me seven top Dell notebooks, all configured to work together with my company's old software and new hardware - quite a trick. The "Geek Squad" couldn't touch the job - too big. They also upgraded the hardware in our office desktops to work with Windows Vista, cleaned off tons of spyware and configured the system to keep new malware out.
