I took my 11 year old, size 10 1/2 size extra wide son to Arthur's Shoe Tree to be fitted for some shoes that didn't hurt his feet. They spent an hour catering to his needs and fitting him properly. They made sure he was happy and free from foot pain. They asked if the shoes hurt his feet anywhere and when he answered no they then asked specific locations and areas that may hurt. They did an excellent job and have won us over for many years. They even stayed after hours to help finish without rushing! Bonus was that the price was right. Thank you for all you do.

I wanted to let Arthur's know how much I love my tennis shoes, casual shoes and house slippers I purchased at Arthur's due to planter's facitus. My shoes were fitted and sized for comfort. Yes, you pay more for high end shoes, but well worth the price for the comfort, personal sizing, fitting and last longer. The employees do not know how to properly fit a shoe to a persons foot and refuse to refund you because of their incompetence. I would recommend other area shoe stores that allow refunds and have more knowledgeable staff. A waste of time and money.
