Sandusky, MI Rite Aid is super slow, makes mistakes, scripts rarely available on time automated attended gives you and rarely answers there phone. Very unhappy with there service. I have been a customer for more then 25 years but probably will switch to a competitor.

Knowledgable, friendly pharmacists and staff at this location make getting prescriptions filled a good experience. They are fast, accurate, smart, and very helpful. I really like RiteAids rewards program too, and shopping in this small store is a pleasure. Great people!
