I've tried to contact them by phone to report pixellation of pictures on 450 and 451(espn). No one answers and no way to leave messages. Have they left town?

The Service is often down. I have the business express + that claims to have a download rate of 7.0 Mbps and upload of 2.0 Mbps, but in all the speed tests the download speed rarely reaches over 4 Mbps and the upload is a joke never reaching more than 1/10 of the claimed 2.0Mbps I'm getting less than the turbo package but paying for the express + I'm going to downgrade. this is a very poor Internet provider.
