my husband is consistently mortified by his experience here...he waits a couple of months and will try again, but generally with same result. help always wiping their noses and touching your food containers. GROSS. too many young people working there with little respect for the customer or customer service

had a bad experience at this restaurant an feb 02, 2009. waited 30 minutes and food had not arrived, ask for a refund, and waited another 10 minutes for someone to located manager, i finally left with no food or no refund. been doing business with them for 2 years on a weekly basis, but will never step foot in this or any other zaxbys again.
