This is NOT a martial arts based self defense system. Skills learned in the C.O.B.R.A. self defense program are to be used in real life situations. This is not a sport or a point match. In real life you do not get to pick your bad guy. He/she will almost always pick the time, place and/or method of attack. You will never get this luxury. We train our students with this in mind. It's like a police academy for anyone -- only better. This program and its approach to self defense is cutting edge and unlike anything you have experienced. It's an empowering program for those who desire to learn real world self defense. Everyone! The ability to improve your situation when you find yourself in a bad one is not just for people of a certain age, gender or fitness level. Because anyone can be targeted by an attacker, everyone deserves the ability to improve their defenses. Prior experience isn't neccessary to learn real life self defense.A lot of people will not take a self defense course because they think it's too hard or they dont have enough experience. We have a training facility located just 10 minutes west of downtown Tulsa, but we can provide on site training services for businesses and professionals. We can offer 2 hour on-site, 4 hour on-site, and 8 hour on-site corporate or personal training. We offer limited space available on the one-day and 10 week academy training
