Silverline Staff, Inc. is a Low Cost Home Care services company serving families living in the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Mateo and Santa Clara. Services may include non-medical home care (assistance with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, dressing, Toileting etc.) and memory care management for patients suffering from conditions like Alzheimer’s and Dementia What Makes Us Different? Unlike a referral agency where the family is responsible for insuring the caregiver, Silverline Staff employs and insures all it’s staff and manages the insurance liability. All our caregivers are required to complete a criminal background check, drug test, and driving records are verified prior to being hired. Our Caregivers receive ongoing training and are supervised by Patient Care Director and an MD when required. It is important for us to know our Caregivers have the support they need while providing care to our clients.
