"Ima believes in educating her patients to encourage them to have a healthy lifestyle, prevent serious illnesses, and help families make informed decisions about their children's health. A good listener, she focuses on spending time with families and children to build a doctor-patient relationship based on trust, while making the experience less stressful and more enjoyable. To stay healthy and happy, Ima enjoys reading books, gardening, and traveling. Ima earned her medical degree at Qazvin University of Medical Sciences and completed her residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. She's board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
