Villa Marin, located in San Rafael, Calif., is an independent living community for elderly citizens that offers retirement living in more than 200 condominium homes. The community provides a wide range of services and activities to senior residents. Residents must be at least 60 years old to be a Villa Marin resident. The homeowners have access to on-site medical facilities, dining, paddle tennis court, swimming pool, library and housekeeping services. Villa Marin offers medical care in its clinic and has fully licensed personal care and skilled nursing facilities on-site. Its other facilities include meals, housekeeping and transportation to local shopping and other attractions.
