PB Development is a full service construction firm with more than thirty years of experience providing Bay Area clients with comprehensive services in construction, planning and design. The firm was established in 1998 by C.E.O. Jesse Rhodes, and is based in San Rafael, California. From small kitchen and bathroom remodels, to the new construction of custom luxury homes, PB Development has had the pleasure of working with some of the elite in the fields of Architecture and Interior Design, which has allowed the PB staff to continue to provide the following components of building development, construction and service: Post Construction Continued Service PB Development has provided construction services to an extremely diverse clientele, enabling the firm to gain expertise in a wide variety of building types. The firm has worked for private and corporate clients on commercial and residential projects throughout the Bay Area. We are committed to establishing long-term relationships with our clients. Our first priority is to respond to specific user requirements with quality design and the highest level of professional service. We believe the key to a successful project relies on the hands-on involvement of senior management with maximum Principal participation in all phases of each project. Jesse Rhodes leads the construction of all projects and collaborates with Project Managers on a daily basis to ensure that each project is delivered on time and on budget.
