General Info

I have a psychotherapy private practice where I treat children, adolescents, adults, and parents/families. I am specialize in trauma, attachment, CBT, EMDR, IFS, and Mindfulness. I work from a client centered, holistic, and solution focused approach where we both work closely to identify the changes you wan to make in your life. Often times there is unresolved trauma holding one back from moving forward in their lives. My goal is to help you resolve anything that might be hindering your growth, to learn tools to move through these challenges, and to help you move in the direction you are seeking. I work closely with parents to help them navigate the parent/child relationship. Not only do I help the child resolve their issues, but I work closely with the whole family system to create healthy change in all areas needed.
