ACM Investor Services is a division of All California Mortgage, which operates nearly 10 branch offices from its main branch and administrative offices in Larkspur, Calif. Its sister company, ACM Investor Services, specializes in private lending and also operates from its main branch. Additionally, the company has a mortgage banking division, All American Mortgage, located in Santa Rosa, Calif. All California Mortgage offers commercial and private financing, equity lines of credit, and a variety of loans, such as purchase, vacation home, refinance, cash-out, land, bridge/swing, construction and investment property. ACM Investor Services provides loans funded not by conventional institutional lenders but by private individual lenders. These services include bridge loans, marginal credit loans, unusual property type or the necessity to cross-collateralize. ACM originates, underwrites and services the loan. ACM Investor Services is headquartered in Larkspur, Calif.
