This community of three-story townhomes offers residents access to an array of resort-style amenities in a gated neighborhood less than five miles from the Pacific Ocean. We also build each home with innovative, energy-efficient features that cut down on utility bills so you can afford to do more living. We are open by appointment only on Thursdays and Fridays.
