456 West is a mixed-use development featuring workforce housing and street-level commercial space in San Pedro. The six-story building contains 91 beautiful apartment homes above 4,900 square feet of commercial space, a large community center to serve as a hub for neighborhood events and activities, and a 60-car parking garage at ground level. The community will provide housing for individuals and families with household income-qualifying maximums at various set-asides ranging from 30 to 80 percent of the area median income.
