Extremely disappointed and upset with the services we received from Wilson and Kratzer mortuaries in San Pablo. The staff was clearly negligent and uncompassionate. They made several mistakes, including spelling my father’s name wrong on his urn. His name was also misspelled and his birthdate was incorrect on the memorial cards given away at the service. His name was spelled correctly on all the paper work, so I am not sure how these mistakes occurred repeatedly. I do not believe there is room for error in a setting such as this, let alone multiple errors. During this hard time it is a stab in an open wound for my family to have to go back several times and do these things over again simply because they were not done properly in the first place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
