The San Mateo County Library is a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) providing library facilities located in the United States. it offers the services and products in areas of Atherton, Belmont, Brisbane, East Palo Alto, Foster City, Half Moon Bay, Millbrae, Pacifica, Portola Valley and more. In addition it also provides services in areas of San Carlos, Woodside, and the unincorporated areas of the county. The firm offers various services such as book sales and donations, computer services, copiers, disability services, homework assistance, library card services and literacy services and live homework help. It holds partnerships with United States Census Bureau, San Francisco Giants, San Mateo County Bar Association and English Language Learner Initiative.
