- CrownsIf a tooth is knocked out, it's crucial to act quickly but remain calm. First, pick up the tooth by the crown (the top part) and avoid touching the root. If it's dirty, gently rinse it with milk or water without scrubbing or removing any attached tissues. If possible, try to reinsert the tooth back into its socket. If that's not feasible, keep the tooth moist by placing it in milk, a tooth preservation product, or even inside your cheek. Avoid using tap water for extended periods. Finally, seek emergency dental care immediately. The faster you act, the higher the chance of saving the tooth.

- Tooth ExtractionsDental care is essential for maintaining a healthy smile throughout one's life. Broadly, dental services can be categorized into three primary types: Preventative and Diagnostic Care, Basic Restorative Care, and Major Restorative Care. Preventative and Diagnostic Care focuses on early detection and prevention of dental issues. This involves regular check-ups, cleanings, x-rays, and screenings. The goal is to spot potential problems early and to keep your teeth and gums in top condition. Basic Restorative Care addresses minor dental problems, like cavities or gum disease. Procedures in this category include fillings, simple extractions, and periodontal scaling. It aims to correct problems before they become severe. Finally, Major Restorative Care deals with more complex dental issues, such as missing or damaged teeth. This includes treatments like crowns, bridges, dentures, and complex surgeries. These procedures not only enhance the appearance of your smile but also restore the functionality of your teeth.
