Founded in 1991, Los Cucos Mexican Caf is a restaurant chain with more than 10 locations in Texas. It serves a range of appetizers, quesadillas, soups, salads, chimichangas, enchiladas and tacos. The restaurant's lunch menu includes chicken fajita and ground beef nachos, shrimp and grilled chicken quesadillas, tortilla and chicken soups, chicken fajita- and shrimp-stuffed avocados, and fajita and shrimp chimichangas. Los Cucos Mexican Caf also serves lemon fish, carne guisada, beef tamale, shrimp and ground beef burritos, and pork, fish and shrimp tacos. It offers rib eye steak, Southwest chicken salad, and saut ed shrimp and chicken. I highly recommend Los Cucos for authentic-tasting Mexican food. One of the very few Mexican restaurants that has homemade tortillas. Love the atmosphere and service is great! Will continue going back and recommended to others! You should make one in Kyle!
The restaurant is very clean, servers and Manager are very friendly. They made me feel wecome.You wil also receive great portion of food.
