Have had to use them twice so far. Not a good experience either time. First time they really dropped the ball by taking 3 days to finally get back with me on why equipment wasn't delivered to a family member (The driver couldn't find the house - all he had to do was call for directions). We ended up driving from out of town to pick the equipment up from their office. Second time - once again an issue with the driver being able to deliver the equipment - so again I had to go pick it up from their office.
