If I could give this company 1 star, I would. My apartment complex comes with Time Warner cable and internet. I've spent 3 hours trying to get my username and password in order to be able to watch my shows on the apps. I am constantly disconnected. It is ridiculous. I am Disconnected from them on my phone, my computer and the computer at Texas State. It is clearly an issue with Time Warner Cable. Horrible service!

The most horribly operated company in America. They've had a 2 day OUTAGE in SAN MARCOS TEXAS without posting any status on their web site. Made 125 attempts to speak with management and finally spoke with kids that answer the phone and cant be of any service whatsoever. Point is, this is a communication company with millions of customers and not a single human being that can simply explain that there is an outage due to the flood and we are working on it. There are no banners, emergency messages, notices or helpful info anywhere. Its as if a computer is running the company and they simply have no employees. Unreal.

TWC service is the most worst ever I know. You would not be possible to reach store representative at all. They take you to headquarter no matter what number you fail.

A mind-numbing room filled with verbal nothingness. Clerks are ready with rhetoric, destined to mislead and unaware of what customer care is.

Business hours listed on the web are for Saturday only. Cannot get anyone on the phone # listed for San Marcos. It is very bad customer service when you cannot speak to a live person anymore. Not everything can be solved by auto answering machines, internet, etc.
